		<description>Thanks for the article. We don&#039;t have much experience with foreclosures here in Canada (luckily!). However, our clients know quite well what&#039;s going on in the south and they are worried. As we can expected small rise in numbers of foreclosures (especially if the unemployment remains at the high level) and people will be asking more and more. As you mentioned - the most important step is to be proactive. Lenders have no interest in your default and are willing to cooperate with you in your struggles...
