I went thu a short sale in jan of 2007 I was injured on the job and had some health problems and was no longer able to work we first tryed to rent the house out but our association would not let us I had borrowed moeny trying to keep it which Im still paying on we had paid $211,000 for the house we put about $25000 upgrades and market fell we had it on market for 6 months before it sold it sold for a $1,000. more than bank was asking even tho now my money cituation has changeds credit is still bad could not even get aloan for $20,000 when was going to put down $60,000 i got from a settlement for injuries on the job . we had to move several times on account of owners that had decided thewy had wanted to sale their house one we did not get deposit back . what is conditions on getting a loan for another house we did buy another house in poincian fl and paid cash but we would like something better would like to know if we could borrow from this one for a deposit and get a mortage
